Trinity's Matthew Crowe has been admitted as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
His membership certifies his expertise in domestic and international arbitration.
Matthew is available to accept appointments as an arbitrator to help parties resolve business and property disputes outside of the court process in a swift, private and cost-effective manner.
Matthew also continues to accept instructions as counsel in international and domestic arbitral proceedings.
Matthew said of his CIArb Membership:
"Arbitration now sits at the centre of modern commercial dispute resolution, as a forum often better suited to the needs, sensitivities and complexities of businesses. Its advantages are well known, but no less valuable for that, with the ability to place disputes before specialist decision-makers in a confidential, flexible and efficient manner."
