Former Employment Judge and Trinity CEDR Accredited Mediator, Michael Malone is a regular writer for Bloomsbury Law and contributes quarterly to the Equal Pay and Pensions chapters of their Discrimination Law Looseleaf.

Michael recently wrote a blog in Bloomsbury Law entitled "Flying a Kite?" in direct response to an article published in The Times on 1st February 2021 questioning the value of Employment Tribunals. The Times article "How can we fix the broken employment tribunal system?" by Investigations Editor Dominic Kennedy, suggested that there may be better alternatives to the enforcement of employment rights than the tribunal process.
