Head of Trinity Chambers' Business and Property Team, Simon Goldberg K.C. and Richard Stubbs will be guest speakers at the next Northern Business & Property Bar Association (NBPBA) event taking place from 5pm on Thursday 14 November 2024 at Northumbria University Law School, 4th floor.
Simon Goldberg K.C. will be delivering a session with Brynmor Adams focussing on Limitation in Adverse Possession proceedings.
Richard Stubbs joins Mark Harper K.C. discussing Limitation for Unfair Prejudice petitions.
During his time as Vice-Chancellor, Snowden LJ prompted the formation of the NBPBA which brings together the Northern Chancery Bar Association, the Northern Circuit Commercial Bar Association and the North-Eastern Commercial Bar Association. Simon Goldberg K.C. sits on NBPBA's Committee as the Newcastle upon Tyne Representative.
The NBPBA's primary aim is the promotion and development of the work of the Business & Property Bar on the Northern and North-Eastern Circuits. The NBPBA's membership comprises of and is open to practising barristers whose work is predominantly in the Business & Property Courts or relates to the work that falls within the jurisdiction of those Courts.
