Trinity's Oluwapelumi Amanda Adeola will be a guest speaker at a Financial Remedies Update evening delivered by Tees Valley Resolution on Tuesday 11th March 2025.
With contributions from HHJ Moreton and Emma Cherrington from Active Financial Planners, the interactive session will include recent case law updates, top tips in financial remedy cases and how to manage these effectively from a judicial perspective.
Oluwapelumi will be discussing a wide range of relevant recent financial remedy cases, including what happens to the family pet on separation, balancing needs and inherited wealth when assessing what are matrimonial and non matrimonial assets, as well as business assets and add backs.
The event will be held at the offices of Tilly Bailey & Irvine, 12 Evolution, Wynyard Park, Wynyard, TS22 5TB. Registration is from 5.30pm with the event starting at 6.00pm, followed by networking opportunities and concluding by 7.30 pm. The cost is £12 for Resolution members and £18 for non-members.
