Trinity Chambers is happy to announce that Paul Kerfoot has been appointed to sit on the FA’s National Serious Case Panel until 31st May 2025.
The Panel adjudicates on a wide range of serious disciplinary cases within grassroots football, including assaults and attempted assaults on match officials, threats to match officials, participant assaults and any discriminatory issues on behalf of the FA.
As part of his growing sports law practice, Paul has represented football clubs, rugby clubs and other sports clubs in a range of commercial litigation matters.
Paul joins Richard Stubbs as an FA National Serious Case Panel Member, highlighting the growth and strength of Trinity’s Sports Law group.
