Trinity Planning and Environmental barrister, Nicola Allan is a guest speaker at a "Buy to Let" seminar hosted by estate agency, Walton Robinson. The free event will be held in the Platinum Suite at the Newcastle Falcons Rugby Club at 17:30 on Tuesday 23rd April 2013.
Nicola, who is also a Chartered Town Planner, will be covering changes in planning regulations for dwelling houses and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO's) as well as discussing the implications of Article 4 Direction and permitted development rights.
Nicola who heads up Trinity Chambers' Planning group, is also a member of Trinity’s Agriculture, Business, Chancery, Judicial Review and Regulatory practice groups.
