Nicola Allan, Planning and Environmental Barrister from Trinity Chambers will be a guest speaker at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) North East CPD day to be held on 13th February 2013 at The Civic Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne. 

The all-day event will deal with a wide range of issues facing members of the Institute with topics including updates on planning, residential and commercial property, building regulations, construction, dilapidations and the RICS Valuation - Professional Standards "Red Book". 

Nicola Allan joins other solicitors and barristers delivering the day’s events and will be speaking about the validity of planning permission. Her session will cover the interpretation of planning permission including outline and reserved matters, Section 106 planning obligations and Judicial Review proceedings. 

As well as heading up Trinity’s Planning group, Nicola Allan who is also a Chartered Town Planner, is also a member of Trinity’s AgricultureBusinessChanceryJudicial Review and Regulatory practice groups.
