On 11th October 2013, Chartered Town Planner and specialist planning barrister from Trinity Chambers, Nicola Allan will be delivering training to members of the North York Moors National Park Authority.
The planning focused event, due to take place in Helmsley, will include discussions regarding the Plan-led system, Material Considerations in decision making, recent developments with the National Planning Policy Framework, Planning Appeals, the role of the Ombudsman and Judicial Review proceedings.
As well as heading Chambers' Planning group, Nicola is also a member of Trinity's Agriculture, Business, Chancery, Judicial Review and Regulatory practice groups. Nicola is also a member of the Attorney General's Regional Panel of Counsel.
