Head of Trinity Chambers' Business and Property Team, Simon Goldberg K.C. will be a guest contributor at The Property Bar Association Northern Conference to be held in Leeds on the afternoon of Tuesday 30 April 2024.
At the Conference, entitled 'Challenges for property litigators in 2024', Simon Goldberg K.C. will be a panellist in a discussion covering issues generated by the Land Registration Act 2002.
The Conference will be Chaired by PBA Chair, Tiffany Scott K.C. and concludes with a keynote speech from The Vice Chancellor of the County Palatine of Lancaster, Mr Justice Fancourt.
The Conference is aimed at practitioners of all levels of seniority and is open to solicitors and barristers who are not PBA members.
Set up in 2000, the PBA is the professional body for Barristers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and advocates in Scotland specialising in property or property-related work. The PBA offers a wide ranging programme of educational lectures and seminars for both experienced and more junior property practitioners.
