In this session, Vilma provides an update on the Renters' Rights Act 2025, focusing on commencement provisions, transitional provisions, saving provisions, guidance and related regulations.
The talk considers phase one of the implementation process, including provisions in force from 27 October 2025, 27 December 2025 and 1 May 2026. It also highlights areas not yet in force, including the Landlord Redress Schemes, the Private Rented Sector Database and the Decent Homes Standard.
