Speakers from land agents, George F White and Trinity Chambers will be hosting a free lunchtime seminar to look at the removal of restrictive covenants through the Upper Tribunal.

Andrew Entwistle, Partner from George F White's Wolsingham office, will be giving a talk entitled ‘Valuing the Difficult’ which will examine the Tate v Persimmon restrictive covenant case. Simon Goldberg, barrister at Trinity Chambers, will examine the remedies available in the civil courts for breach of restrictive covenants.
