Seth Kitson Joins Trinity Chambers

The members and staff warmly welcome Seth Kitson who joins Trinity Chambers.

Since his call to the Bar in 2017, Seth has already built a substantial Business and Property Court practice and additionally enjoys a following in high value Matrimonial Finance. He is recognised in the profession as a serious contender in his field and undoubtedly will be a future heavyweight.

Seth appears regularly in both the High Court and County Court in a variety of Chancery and commercial matters including contract, professional negligence, real property, contentious probate, shareholder disputes, insolvency, commercial property, agricultural, landlord and tenant and defamation.

Deploying his Chancery and commercial experience, Seth is instructed in complex matrimonial finance cases, particularly those involving company valuations, marital shareholdings, agricultural businesses and hidden assets, as well as proceedings under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (ToLATA).

Fond of the great outdoors, the Cheviot hills in particular, Seth also works as the Independent Person for the Northumberland National Park Authority.

Seth's tenancy bolsters Trinity's highly regarded and growing Business and Property team headed by Simon Goldberg who has recently been appointed as Queen’s Counsel commencing in March 2022. Simon comments on Seth joining Trinity:
