'There Are No Innocent Bystanders' - Sexual Harassment of Employees - The Worker Protection Act 2023
On 26th October 2024 the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 will come into force. This amendment introduces a new positive duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of employees in the workplace.
James' talk examines the amendment to the legislation and the updated guidance produced by the Equality & Human Rights Commission in relation to the new preventative duty.
