Trinity Planning and Environmental barrister, Nicola Allan, has successfully defended two Judicial Review challenges to the decision of the Local Authority to grant planning permission for an edge of centre superstore and an out of centre superstore in County Durham. 

Nicola, instructed by Durham County Council, was led by Mr Clarkson Q.C. The challenges were brought by Salford Estates No.2 and the interested parties were Tesco Stores Limited and Dalton Park Limited :-
