Trinity Family and Divorce barristers Timothy Spain and Claire Brissenden will be delivering a matrimonial finance and family law arbitration update to members of Sunderland Law Society on the evening of Monday 29th October 2018.
The seminar will take place at The Hilton Garden Inn, Vaux Brewery Way, Sunderland SR5 1SN, commencing at 17:30 and scheduled to end at 19:30. The talk, attracting 1.5 hours Solicitors Regulation Authority CPD, will include a matrimonial finance case law update as well as a practical insight into the increasing use and benefits of Family Law Arbitration.
