Trinity Barristers Michelle Temple and Richard Stubbs are delivering a seminar covering residential and commercial leases on the afternoon of Monday 13th February 2012. The event is being held by the Tees Valley Law Society.
The session on residential leases will provide a case law update, cover assured short hold tenancies, secured tenancies, section 21 notices, evidence, tenant deposit schemes and Human Rights implications of possession proceedings.
In relation to commercial leases the session will cover forfeiture, preliminary steps, statutory limits on forfeiture, waiver and relief from forfeiture.
Michelle and Richard are members of Trinity’s Business and Chancery practice groups operating from Trinity Chambers in Newcastle and Middlesbrough.
