It was with “considerable pleasure” that Head of Trinity Chambers Toby Hedworth Q.C. announced that Sally Bradley Q.CEric Elliott Q.C. and Angela Giovannini were joining Trinity as tenants. 

Sally Bradley Q.C., who was called in 1978 and took Silk in 1999, is a senior Family Silk joining from York Chambers. Sally specialises in all areas of public and private child care proceedings. She also sits as a Recorder and Deputy High Court Judge. 

Eric Elliott Q.C. was called in 1974 and took Silk in 2006. He also joins from York Chambers and deals with all aspects of criminal law, in particular cases involving murder, fraud, drugs and sexual offences. He has dealt with cases at the Court of Appeal Criminal Division and regularly travels across the country with his practice. In addition, Eric has a substantial regulatory and disciplinary practice. He also sits as a Recorder in crime and civil. 

Angela Giovannini, a former tenant at Trinity returns to the Family and Mental Health practice groups at Trinity. A former solicitor and Law Society Children's Panel Member she became a barrister in 2000. She has extensive experience in child care proceedings acting on behalf of parents, children's guardians, family members and local authorities. Angela has dealt with Court of Protection issues including cases on behalf of the Official Solicitor.
