Head of Trinity Barristers Chambers and Criminal Silk, Toby Hedworth Q.C. was interviewed by Mike Zeller live on BBC Cumbria's Breakfast Show on Tuesday 24th September 2013.
Toby Hedworth Q.C., who is a member of Trinity's Criminal, Judicial Review and Regulatory practice groups, was asked for his views on the current criminal justice system including the potential impact of introducing cameras in the court room.
