Chambers is delighted to announce that Trinity barrister, Deveral Capps has recently been appointed as the Head of Leeds Law School.
Deveral, a door tenant at Trinity Chambers was an academic member of staff at Northumbria University for 18 years. During his time at Northumbria, Deveral had a number of different roles. Appointed as a lecturer in 1997, Deveral went on to lead Bar Vocational Course and Bar Professional Training Course, was Director of Strategic Development and latterly Director of International Development. Outside of Northumbria, Deveral sat on the steering panel for the Legal Education and Training Review and the Advocacy Training Council.
As Head of Leeds Law School at Leeds Beckett University, Deveral will be leading the development of new courses and enterprise activities.
