On the evening of Wednesday 8th October 2014, Trinity Commercial, Insolvency and Employment barrister Richard Stubbs, will be speaking at a CPD accredited Fiduciary Duties and Misfeasance Seminar hosted by the Yorkshire Law Society.

Richard will deliver a presentation covering breach of fiduciary duties with particular focus on directors.  Attendees will gain an insight into what fiduciary duties are, when they arise and who owes them. Richard will also explain the different remedies for potential breaches of duty by directors.

The event will be held at the University of Law in York, commencing with registration at 4pm, the talk beginning at 4.30pm and concluding by 6.30pm. The event will attract two Solicitors Regulation Authority CPD points.Please book places direct with the Yorkshire Law Society.
