Trinity Barrister Delivers Child Care Update in Cumbria

Trinity Child Care and Court of Protection barrister Angela Giovannini delivered a Child Care seminar to lawyers from Cumbria on 9th October 2013. 

The update event was held at Carlisle Crown Court and covered a wide range of child care topics including the Instruction of Experts, Termination of Parental Responsibility, Adoption and Special Guardianship Orders as well as analysis of the recent Court of Appeal decision of Re B-S (Children) [2013] EWCA Civ 1146 Munby P. Delegates included solicitors from both local authorities and law firms.

Angela, who is a member of Trinity Chambers' Family and Court of Protection teams, was recognised in the recently published 2013 Legal 500 - "always gives her all for her clients."
