Trinity Contentious Probate and Chancery barrister, James Kemp examines the implications of the Coronavirus pandemic on Probate.

James is an experienced Chancery practitioner and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He also heads Trinity’s Agricultural practice group.

He regularly deals with contentious probate matters including issues relating to the interpretation of wills and deeds of variation, intestacy, challenges to wills, removal and substitution of personal representatives, issues arising out of the administration of estates, claims under the Inheritance Act and applications to the court for directions and orders.
