On 2nd May 2018, Trinity Business barrister, Richard Stubbs, will be delivering a seminar to members of the Association of International Accountants (AIA). The breakfast event will take place at AIA's headquarters, Staithes 3, The Watermark, Metro Riverside, Newcastle at 8 am, concluding by 9.30 am.

In addition to being an industry networking opportunity, Richard will deliver a presentation covering breach of fiduciary duties by company directors. Attendees will gain an insight into what fiduciary duties are, when they arise and who owes them. Richard will also explain the different remedies for potential breaches of duty by directors.
