Trinity barrister, Shada Mellor, instructed by Middlesborough Council, secured an Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction following a multi-day contested hearing at Middlesbrough County Court.
The case involved the right to freedom of expression under Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, and the right to protest under Article 11, following serious allegations made by the Respondent against Middlesborough Social Services.
