Speakers from George F. White and Trinity Chambers are delivering a free lunchtime seminar to look at the subjects of valuation and professional negligence.
Hugh Fell leads the George F. White business and is acknowledged as one of the most experienced valuers in the North, he will discuss the topic of “Understanding the factual matrix before forming an opinion.”
Simon Goldberg, barrister at Trinity Chambers, will be looking at Professional Negligence and giving an update on 'The duties of professional valuers: what are they and to whom are they owed?' Simon is a member of Trinity Chambers' Business, Chancery and Employment Law groups. Simon was recently recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK 2015 directories, including - "Has a broad commercial and chancery practice noted for its focus on shareholder disputes and directors' duties. A veteran advocate, he has considerable experience of litigating in the Chancery and Queen's Bench Divisions of the High Court.
