Three Trinity Family Law barristers have been asked to be guest speakers at a Child Care update seminar arranged by the Tyne Law Group. The free event is due to take place at Committee Room 2 at the offices of Durham County Hall on Thursday 13th June 2013. The 2 hour CPD accredited event is due to start at 4:30 p.m.
The speakers will be Trinity barristers Nicholas Stonor, Justin Gray and Brian Mather. Nicholas will cover experts assessments, Justin will provide an update on public law reforms and revised Public Law Outline (PLOs) including the implications for practice given that the pilot commences on 1st July 2013. The event will conclude with Brian covering recent developments and Litigants in Person.
Each of the barristers involved in the event are members of Trinity Chambers’ Family/Matrimonial Finance and Mental health/Court of Protection practice groups.
