Trinity Family Barristers, Patrick Goodings and Kate Fenwick, were invited to be guest speakers on Newcastle based law firm Sintons LLP’s most recent “In Conversation…” podcast episode.
Hosted by Sintons Senior Associate, Jo Scott, Patrick and Kate discussed, among other topics: their individual career paths; Patrick’s work as an Arbitrator and why Arbitration is becoming such an important option in Family cases, both domestically and overseas; and the lessons and challenges of practising in a different jurisdiction, following their recent return from working in Bermuda.
