CRIME

Trinity Chambers offers a strong group of criminal barristers who are experienced in a diverse range of criminal cases across the North Eastern Circuit. Many members are Grade 4 qualified prosecutors who also defend, and some are also Recorders. Trinity's barristers also frequently appear beyond the North Eastern Circuit, in London and the Court of Appeal.

Toby Hedworth Q.C. Counts criminal and regulatory cases among his areas of specialism and he is also experienced in judicial review. Christopher Knox Credited for his wide criminal practice, with a focus on heavyweight homicide and financial crime cases. He prosecutes for the CPS and HMRC alongside his strong defence practice. COMMERCIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

A well-established set in Newcastle and Teesside, Trinity Chambers provides expertise in litigation and alternative dispute resolution in regional and national commercial cases. CHANCERY

Based in Newcastle and Middlesbrough the set is most recognised for its expertise in property, landlord and tenant law. The set further has expertise in all other areas of chancery law, and regularly handles cases relating to civil fraud, probate and disputed wills.
