Barristers from Trinity Chambers in both Newcastle and Teesside are supporting the criminal legal aid Day of Action on Friday 7th March 2014 affecting Courts across England and Wales. The action follows the publication on 27th February of the Ministry of Justice's response to the criminal legal aid consultation process.The proposals represent further extensive cuts to public funding in criminal proceedings.
