Following its most recent assessment, Trinity Chambers has been awarded the Investors in People 'We invest in people', standard accreditation.
Achieving the accreditation demonstrates that principles and practices around supporting colleagues are in place and everyone understands how to use them for the benefit of the workplace.
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said of the award:
“We’d like to congratulate Trinity Chambers. Being accredited with We invest in people is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Trinity in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Commenting on the accreditation, Chambers Director, Tim Harris, said:
“To again receive the Investors in People accreditation, particularly given the challenges of the last couple of years, demonstrates the staff and members' commitment to the 'team', as well as the resilience, high service standards and general collegiate approach associated with Trinity. The globally recognised accreditation is a quality kite mark of reassurance to those already working in Chambers, together with anyone considering a career at Trinity.
Our people remain at the heart of what we do, and we pride ourselves on being an inclusive, forward-thinking and innovative employer. We recognise that our people are our greatest asset, and that by investing in their personal development and wellbeing they, and Trinity as a business, will reap the benefits.”
The news of the accreditation follows Trinity Chambers reaching the final shortlist for the 'Best Pivot' category in The Investors in People Awards 2021.
