On the evening of Wednesday 29th June 2022 barristers from Trinity's Family team will be delivering a session entitled '2022 Update: Public Law Children, Private Law Children & Financial Remedy' to members of North East Resolution.
The session will be presented by Trinity barristers, Timothy Spain and Brian Mather, together with guest Nicola Crowther of Crowther Mediation.
The free to attend seminar will provide a general update in respect of Public and Private Law Children and Financial remedy to include a recent case law update as well as a mediation update and overview. Following the initial talks, there will be an open Q&A session.
Timothy Spain Heads Trinity Chambers' Family Group. He sits as a Deputy District Judge and is a Family Arbitrator. Trinity barrister, Brian Mather is also a Family Arbitrator and sits as a Deputy District Judge. Nicola Crowther is an Accredited Mediator at Crowther Mediation.
The event will take place at Trinity Chambers, The Custom House, Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 3DE. Registration is at 5pm for a 5.30 pm start, concluding by 7pm.
