As part of their ongoing commitment to the West Yorkshire Barrister Framework, Trinity Barristers Philip Engelman and Andrew Crammond are delivering a Human Rights and Freedom of Information Seminar to member Authorities on 21st February 2012 in Wakefield.
Philip's session will cover Article 6, Article 8 and Article 1 of Protocol 1 of the Human Rights Act together with a relevant case law update.
Andrew's session will cover the challenges of FOI requests, statutory framework and a detailed case law review.
