Trinity Criminal barrister, Sophie Johnstone who was led by Michael Magarian K.C., secured the acquittal of their 19-year-old client charged with Murder.
Following a 7-week trial at Teesside Crown Court before Mr Justice Soole, the jury cleared their client of joint enterprise murder. Their client was also cleared of manslaughter, retaining his previous good character.
Sophie Johnstone was instructed by Watson Woodhouse Solicitors and accepts instructions to defend in all matters including allegations of serious violence and sexual offending.
