Trinity Chambers Supports Bridging The Bar's Mini-Pupillage Programme

Trinity Chambers is delighted and proud to support Bridging The Bar's Mini-Pupillage Programme.

Bridging the Bar (BTB) is a registered Charity that aims to improve diversity and equality of opportunity at the Bar across all underrepresented groups. The Charity was founded in 2020 by Mass Ndow-Njie in response to his own experiences as one of very few black pupil barristers in the country.

The charity aims to assist in increasing the equality of access to opportunities in the legal profession to students who, owing to their disability, ethnic background, socio-economic background, education or sexuality, belong to groups which are statistically underrepresented in the profession.

The BTB mini-pupillage programme runs in two cycles over the course of the academic year, the first between October and January, and the second between February and June.

Further details can be found here and on Trinity Chambers' Mini-Pupillage page.
