An on demand recording of the Contentious Probate update webinar delivered by Trinity Chambers on 24th March 2021 is now available.

Barristers from Trinity's Business & Property team covered a range of topics during the session. One of the talks delivered by Trinity barrister, James Kemp was entitled 'You’re Fired!' - Executors, and their removal.

The session explores the duties of Executors, together with the legislative framework, Civil Procedure Rules and case law regarding their removal.
