Trinity Criminal Law Update Seminar - The Defence of Insanity - Newcastle, 8th April 2025

On the evening of Tuesday 8th April 2025 Trinity Criminal and Regulatory barrister, Shada Mellor will be delivering a seminar on The Defence of Insanity.

The free to attend session will explore Fitness to Plead, Fitness to Stand Trial and Non-Insane Automatism.

The evening will conclude with an opportunity to network with colleagues over refreshments.

The event will take place at Trinity Chambers, The Custom House, Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 3DE. Registration is at 5.15pm, with the talk being delivered between 5.30pm and 6.30pm, followed by Q&As.
