Specialist Employment law barrister, Helen Hogben will be delivering an update seminar to members of the Tees Valley Law Society.
The seminar will take place on the evening of Monday 19th March 2018 in Room CL2.06, Clarendon Building, Teesside University, Middlesbrough, TS1 3BX. Registration is at 4.45pm for a 5.00pm start, with the session concluding at 7.00pm. The seminar will attract Solicitors Regulation Authority CPD.
Helen will focus on the impact of the recent changes to the Employment Tribunal fees regime as well as providing a general employment law update, including the overlap with professional conduct and regulatory proceedings.
Helen's busy employment law practice has been recognised in the 2017 edition of Legal 500 where she is credited as being "An adamant and painstaking cross-examiner".
