Trinity Chambers is delighted to be a host for the Legal Education Foundation's Justice First Fellowship programme.
The Justice First Fellowship Scheme was established in 2014 to support the next generation of students committed to public interest and social justice issues and who wish to pursue a career in social welfare law.
The Legal Education Justice First Fellowship programme runs over two years, during which the successful candidate will work for the Bar Pro Bono Unit for a year commencing in September 2017 as a caseworker and will then undertake pupillage at the host Chambers, Trinity, in the second year, commencing in October 2018.
This is only the second year that the Legal Education Foundation has offered a pupillage though the fellowship but has already been successful in producing future leaders through solicitor training contracts for the past three years.
Recruitment of the Fellow is done via the Legal Education Foundation's online portal followed by pupillage interview in accordance with Chambers' usual recruitment process. Full details regarding the application process can be found here.
