On the evening of Wednesday 7th May Trinity Chambers will host an event jointly with the North East branch of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM).

The ICM is Europes largest professional association for the credit community and is a hub for the credit and collections industry representing the profession across trade, consumer and credit related services.

As well as an ICM networking event, Trinity barrister and insolvency specialist Richard Stubbs will deliver a presentation covering breach of fiduciary duties with particular focus on Directors.  Attendees will gain an insight into what fiduciary duties are, when they arise and who owes them. Richard will also explain the different remedies for potential breaches of duty by Directors.

Richard, who is an accredited Mediator and on the Attorney General's Regional Panel of Counsel, is a member of Trinity Chambers' BusinessChanceryCosts and Employment groups.
