Barristers from Trinity's Planning and Chancery teams will be joining speakers from Burnetts Solicitors and Land Agents, George F White in delivering a seminar entitled "Mines and minerals: what lies beneath".
The free master class which takes place on Thursday 24th November 2016 is aimed at landowners, house-builders and developers. The issue of mines and minerals has become increasingly difficult for landowners, house-builders and developers, adding delay and cost to development projects. The session will help to effectively address the challenges of managing mines and minerals rights. Specifically the master class will cover:

- Severed minerals - developing a bespoke strategy
