Following a successful tender process Trinity Chambers are members of the West Yorkshire Barrister Framework. As part of Trinity's ongoing commitment to the Framework, members of Trinity Chambers are delivering training events to Local Authority members.
On 8th May 2012 Trinity barrister Nicola Allan will be delivering a seminar covering planning matters relating to Gypsies and Travellers. Nicola's session will cover unauthorised encampments, “Light touch” guidance, enforcement, Human Rights and recent case law. The seminar will be delivered in Wakefield with representatives of all 5 Framework member authorities attending the session.
Nicola, who is also a Chartered Town Planner, heads Trinity Chambers Planning Practice Group covering all aspects of planning from Public Inquiries to enforcement and Judicial Review. Whilst operating from Chambers in Newcastle and Middlesbrough, Trinity's planning barristers deal with clients from across the UK.
