On the evening of Wednesday 18th June 2025, several Trinity members and staff took part in the 22nd annual Sunshine Run held on Newcastle's Quayside.
The run started at the Millennium Bridge, a short walk from Trinity's historic Custom House. The route took the runners to Newcastle Business Park and back to cross the finish line near the Tyne Bridge.
The Chronicle Sunshine Fund is a North East-based charity dedicated to supporting children and young people aged 0 -19 who are living with a wide range of disabilities, additional needs, or chronic and terminal illnesses.
The Charity provides funding for specialist and adapted equipment that is not available through statutory services such as the NHS or local authorities. This essential equipment plays a vital role in improving the quality of local children's daily lives, as well as supporting their families.
