Trinity Modern Chancery Issues Seminar - 10 January 2024

Trinity's Civil team are pleased to announce the first talk in Chambers' 'Wisdom with Wine' Seminar Programme which will take place on the evening of Wednesday 10 January 2024.

These lectures will provide both an update on recent case law and practical guidance on issues relevant to all those practising in Chancery, Business and Property Law. A glass of wine (or soft drink) will be available to enjoy during these talks. These evening talks are designed to complement Trinity's annual Business and Property Conference.

The first session is entitled:
Modern Chancery Issues (Those Jarndyces thought they had it bad)

The speakers and topics are as follows:

  • James Kemp - The Impact of Gender Reassignment on Gifts in Wills
  • Henry Stevens - “Accidents Will Occur in the Best-Regulated Families” - 1975 Act Claims
  • Seth Kitson - Modern Skulduggery in Traditional Chancery

The free to attend event will take place at Trinity Chambers, The Custom House, Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3DE with registration at 4.45pm and concluding by 6.30pm.
