Barristers from Trinity Chambers' Personal Injury Group will be delivering two mirror seminars, the first on Monday 26th March 2012 at Trinity Chambers, Multi Media Exchange, Middlesbrough, the second on Wednesday 28th March 2012 at the School of Law at Northumbria University.
The event will attract two hours CPD. Registration commences at 5:30 p.m. on both evenings with the seminars commencing at 6:00 p.m.
James Kemp will be covering the latest developments in relation to expert witnesses. Will Byrne, will be dealing with the latest case law and provisions in relation to Part 36. Andrew Crammond will provide a general case law update. The event will be concluded by David Callan who will discuss Personal Injury Trusts.
