In Corby v ACAS, Trinity Employment Law barrister Antoine Tinnion represented ACAS in its successful defence of claims by a former ACAS conciliator of unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, direct belief discrimination and victimisation.
After a 4 day final hearing in the Leeds Employment Tribunal, all claims were dismissed.
