Trinity's Parissa Najah will be delivering a hybrid seminar covering all aspects of Judicial Review over lunchtime on Wednesday 2nd April 2025.
Parissa's talk, entitled 'Mastering Judicial Review: Bringing and Defending Claims', will be a no-nonsense introduction to JR, breaking down the key steps to bringing and defending claims in a way that is clear, practical, and maybe even a little fun. Aimed at both seasoned JR lawyers or those just dipping their toes into the world of Public Law, the session will help practitioners navigate the complexities of Judicial Review with confidence.
The free to attend event has been arranged in conjunction with Leeds Law Society and will take place between 12.30pm - 2pm.
Whilst there is the option to attend the session in person, to include lunch, at Trinity's Leeds Chambers, Eyton House, 12 Park Place, places are limited so early booking is advised. The event will also be available to attend remotely online via Teams.
