Join members of Trinity Chambers' Sports Law team, Richard Stubbs and Fraser Williamson who will be delivering a hybrid seminar about regulation in Football on Thursday 1st May 2025.
The session is entitled: 'Levelling The Playing Field'
The free to attend hybrid event has been arranged in conjunction with Leeds Law Society and will take place between 12.30pm - 2pm.
Whilst there is the option to attend the session in person, to include lunch, at Trinity's Leeds Chambers, Eyton House, 12 Park Place, places are limited so early booking is advised.
The event will also be available to attend remotely online via Teams.
The session comprises of two talks:

- Fraser Williamson: 'They Think It's All Over...' - The Issue of Jurisdiction in Football

Richard Stubbs' practice covers various sports, ranging from football, rugby and cricket to boxing and show jumping. He is experienced in appearing before regulatory sports bodies in arbitrations and regulatory hearings. He is a member of the National County FA Serious Cases Panel, Vice-Chair of Northumberland RFU Disciplinary Panel, RFU's Independent Disciplinary Panel and a member of the British Association for Sport and Law. Richard’s clients have included Premier League, Championship and lower league football clubs, County FAs, Premiership and lower league rugby clubs, County cricket clubs and world title boxers and promoters.
Prior to his move to the Bar, Fraser Williamson enjoyed a career in sports regulation, having been both regional discipline manager and senior discipline manager at The Football Association over a period of six years. During this period, Fraser was responsible for drafting and implementing pioneering changes to football regulation relating to behaviour. Fraser also led on four occasions the National Serious Case Panel Conference, delivering important regulatory updates.
