Trinity Matrimonial Finance, Business and Property barrister, Seth Kitson has been invited to speak to the Judicial College on the jurisdiction of the Financial Remedy Courts to determine Civil Chancery disputes involving third parties.
The session, that will be delivered at the University of Warwick on 30th January 2025, will explore a range of third party related claims including equitable remedies, partnership disputes and/or the treatment of associated Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (ToLATA) disputes involving intervenors.
Seth is a specialist in cases which cross the jurisdictional boundaries between these areas and is regularly instructed in high value intervention claims involving contested partnership, company and property issues.
