Trinity Business and Property barrister, Seth Kitson will be a guest panellist at a leading Property Litigation event to be held in Leeds on Wednesday 26th June 2024.
'Northern Exposure' is a collaboration between the Property Bar Association (PBA), the Property Litigation Association (PLA) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) delivering a training and networking event in Leeds for barristers, solicitors and surveyors.
To be held at Holy Trinity Church, Boar Lane, Leeds, the event will include a series of talks featuring expert speakers from the Northern Bar, solicitors firms and surveyors.
The talks will cover Terminal Dilapidations (Paul Lakin and Brynmor Adams) and Boundaries (Nigel Clayton and Richard Lander). There will then be an industry expert panel discussion entitled “Expert Evidence – Avoiding Judicial Criticism” that Seth will be contributing to. The panel will also include Her Honour Judge Kelly, Leeds Business & Property Court; Guy Jackson, Overford ; and Lisa Stratford, Clarion Solicitors.
Registration is at 2.45pm for a 3pm start. The event closes at 5pm followed by food, drinks and networking at the nearby Botanist bar.
