Trinity's Shada Mellor Secures Not Guilty Verdict in Coercive/Controlling Behaviour Offence

Following a seven day trail at Newcastle Upon Tyne Crown Court, Trinity Criminal and Regulatory barrister, Shada Mellor secured a not guilty verdict in a Coercive or Controlling Behaviour offence.

The case was exceptionally complex due to the Complainant's medical condition, and also as both the Complainant and Defendant are profoundly deaf.
